Learn Hindi

There is no better way to understand a culture, other than learning the local language. Hindi is the official language of the Republic of India, and the common second language of Mauritius, Fiji, Trinidad, Guyana and Surinam. Sanskrit, one of the most ancient spoken and written languages in the world and one of the earliest members of the Indo-European language family, is the primary source of Hindi. Hindi, like Sanskrit, is written in the Dev Naagari script, which is common to several other Indian languages as well. Much of the vocabulary of Hindi comes from Sanskrit, though Hindi also has a special relationship with Urdu, their grammar and much of their vocabulary being identical. Over 800 million people speak Hindi Language, being termed as fourth widely spoken language in the world, you will feel truly immersed in Indian culture with language support.

Learn Yoga

Yoga is a way of life, an art of righteous living or an integrated system for the benefit of the body, mind and inner spirit. This art originated, was perfected and practiced in India thousands of years ago.

The word yoga means "union" in Sanskrit, the language of ancient India where yoga originated. We can think of the union occurring between the mind, body and spirit. What is commonly referred to as "yoga" can be more accurately described by the Sanskrit word asana, which refers to the practice of physical postures or poses.

Many people think that yoga is just stretching. But while stretching is certainly involved, yoga is really about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. This is done through the performance of poses or postures, each of which has specific physical benefits. The poses can be done quickly in succession, creating heat in the body through movement or more slowly to increase stamina and perfect the alignment of the pose. The poses are a constant, but the approach to them varies depending on the tradition in which the teacher has trained.

Travel, observe and learn how landscapes, languages, customs, dressing styles change in India. IECE organizes excursions to few of the most attractive, culturally rich locations. Not only culturally, even ecologically India is a very diverse country, from deserts to rain forests, snow capped mountains to planes, beautiful beaches to unforgettable countryside. Some of the Famous destinations in India are Jaipur, Udaipur, Kerala, Varanasi, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkatta, Banglore.

Come experience this country where people of various religion live together and celebrate various festivities together; which are spread over all around the year.
